That didn't take long
I’ve officially been replaced as Milo’s favorite person in this house.

Hello baby!
Just dropping in really quickly to say that Zachary Joseph was born at 10:56pm on May 22 in an astoundingly fast birth. Like, seriously fast…2 hours and 45 minutes from start to finish. Weighing in at 7 lbs, 4 oz and measuring 20 inches long, he’s beautiful and we’re totally in love. Pictures to follow over the next few days once we get home and settled.

Best Mother's Day present ever

Priorities
Hair cut, colored and highlighted in a very subtle way that will grow out nicely until I can make it to another hair appt in approximately…6 months or so? Legs waxed. Mani/pedi. New mascara purchased. Ok, I’m ready to have this baby now.

WatchI pulled the mirror out to the living room yesterday when I was trying to take some photos of my big pregnant self. I put some kids music on so he’d stop trying to photobomb me, but that pretty much backfired immediately when Mr. Hambone took over for a few minutes. I guess you’re never too young to start watching yourself dance in a mirror.
WatchHe did eventually take a quick break from scowling at the finger paint to do a quick dance to The Headcoatees this morning. After I stopped recording, he had a brief meltdown because “da-ye” was in the shower. Or something, I don’t know.
